What is the Egyptian Emotional
Clearing Technique? (EECT)
EECT is a gentle and powerful technique that uses therapeutic grade essential oils
and bodywork techniques to promote a deep and sacred state of connection in both the giver and receiver.
The experience is often like an inner vision quest or a heightened state of meditation and mental clarity.
EECT is based on an ancient Egyptian ritual described in the Temple of Isis for "cleansing of the spirit".
The process is performed in silence and reverence. The receiver is anointed with up to 14 different emotional blends of essential oils.
The deeply relaxing effects of the essential oils combined with energy work carry you into a blissful state of "presence".
At the same time, the beautiful aroma of the essential oils will stimulate memories and
emotions, carrying you wherever you need to go in order to reach a state of clarity and understanding.
Why does the Egyptian Emotional
Clearing Technique work?
The essential oils used in EECT activate your sense of smell.
Your sense of smell accesses the limbic system of your brain, where emotions, memories and trauma are stored.
The limbic region of the brain is also the centre of spiritual awakening, so the Egyptian
Emotional Clearing Technique can also open many doorways for the Soul seeker.
The oils used are therapeutic-grade essential oils, which because of their aroma, exert a powerful balancing effect on the emotions.
EECT uses this concept and combines it with an ancient Egyptian ritual for elevating the Spirit.
What can I expect in an EECT
Session and afterwards?
The session begins with an aromatic water ritual, to open the sacred space. A space in which you are held, seen and honoured.
Together we explore what is you would like to transform, arriving at your clear intention for your session.
The session is carried out in silence and reverence, it begins with a "Valor Balance" using
Valor Essential Oil. This helps regulate the electromagnetic energy that flows through the
body and balances your emotional, spiritual and physical energy, improving your connections.
This is followed by a sacred anointing process with up to 13 different blends of emotional essential oils,
intertwined with channeled Energy healing.
Each blend is dropped onto your body and gentle circled in, leading you deeper into relaxation and presence.
The beautiful aroma of the essential oils will stimulate memories and emotions, carrying you
wherever you need to go reconnect with your inner wisdom and intuition, releasing issues
causing emotional challenges or separation from yourself.
Most recipients experience a feeling of bliss and a sense of reconnecting with themselves,
heightened awareness and an intense state of clarity around current issues and intentions.
Sometimes painful memories and emotions can surface during a session (or
afterwards). This is a safe space for you to connect with these emotions so that they can be resolved and released.
The result is a state of connection, inner peace, presence and clarity, where thoughts and
feelings that were previously holding you back have been released.
