What is it?
Soul Somatics is a deep and transformational healing journey for both individuals and couples.
At its heart, this work is an invitation to release the inner barriers that keep you locked in cycles of fight-or-flight - the protective patterns imprinted in your body, energy and relationships.
As these patterns soften, you reconnect to your truth - the part of you that longs for freedom, intimacy, and love.
This is more than healing - it’s a path of remembrance - a journey back to the essence of who you are and the sacred potential of the relationships you share.
The Transformation
Throughout this process, we explore and gently release protective cycles and behaviours that were often born in childhood and held in posture, breath, cellular memory and energy imprints. These old stories quietly shape how you see yourself and relate to others, and can keep you from living authentically.
By bringing awareness to the soma - the body - you learn to meet these imprints with compassion, allowing them to unravel and transform. As the old stories dissolve, a deeper sense of freedom, clarity, and love emerges.
The Practice
Soul Somatics weaves together a unique integration of modalities.
Both practitioners are highly qualified with over 30 years experience between them, both are trauma-informed and open-minded.
Psychic Insight
Allows your soul’s wisdom to be brought to light, revealing what your subconscious already knows. These insights create powerful moments of recognition, helping you untangle confusion, dissolve fear, and reconnect with love. Psychic guidance offers both a mirror and a map - illuminating the next steps your soul is calling you toward.
Coaching
Soul centred coaching facilitates deeper connection with your body and relationships while gently exploring and dismantling the conditioning, beliefs and stories that have shaped your patterns - empowering you with clarity.
Energetic Coding (Soul Synthesis Technique)
Channelling of energy, light codes, sacred symbols, and the spoken word to re-write the unconscious stories woven through your cellular memory, DNA and energetic field. These codes bridge the past to the present, dissolving ancestral patterns, childhood imprints, and karmic residue that limit your full expression.
As these codes anchor into your body, they reawaken your soul’s divine blueprint - a remembrance of your innate wisdom, power and wholeness.
This is not just energy healing, it is soul-level alchemy that restores harmony and expands your capacity for embodiment, intimacy and love.
Psychosomatic Therapy (Bodywork / Emotional Trigger Point Therapy)
Understanding the mind body communication. The body keeps the score, meaning stored emotions - grief, anger, sadness, can be dormant in the body until we come to a place of acceptance of the events that have caused the emotions - they will reside in our body. The emotional trigger point therapy (bodywork) is hands on body massage that works with trigger points in the body to support emotions to come to the surface and be released.
Each element is held in a sacred container of safety, compassion, and presence -
allowing your body, mind, and soul to realign in their natural harmony.
The Journey
Individual Sessions:
3 hours of deep personal exploration, designed to reconnect you with your body’s wisdom and awaken authentic self-love.
Couples Sessions:
4 - 4.5 hours shared healing experience, guiding you and your partner to uncover roots of disconnection, release unconscious patterns, and remember true intimacy.

Michael has dedicated more than 14 years to serving communities, from supporting youth homelessness with the Salvation Army and the Lighthouse Foundation. Michael has been involved with international surf therapy charities that brings hope and stability for children in South Africa. He has also inspired hundreds of young people across Victoria with motivational and social-emotional programs in schools, planting seeds of self-awareness and resilience.
Now a full-time Psychosomatic Therapist, Michael’s work is devoted to the sacred dialogue between mind, body, and soul. He helps people release stored grief, energy, and unresolved emotions held within the body - guiding them back to wholeness, love, and embodiment.
